THE IVAS TEAM
Thirty two year real estate sales veteran Diana Ivas of Hinsdale, IL, has served the suburbs west of metro Chicago since 1989, selling over 2000 homes, due in large part to a balanced partnership with her husband, Chuck. They each play to each other’s strengths, with Diana handling the marketing and buyer’s agent management, and Chuck focusing on the financial and administrative tasks. When it comes to client retention, no other local Realtor tops the Ivas team – over 70% of their business comes from repeat clients and their referrals. Diana and Chuck attribute much of their success to the intensive follow up they complete for each and every client of the Ivas Team. The follow through includes assessing needs of both buyers and sellers and utilizing a team approach to handling objections and answering questions raised during the transaction process. Diana & Chuck Ivas are real estate brokers for Berkshire Hathaway selling in the western suburbs. Diana’s expertise in dealing with all sorts of clients stems from 17 years of interaction with all sorts of students at Oak Park and River Forest High School. She was a passionate and enthusiastic teacher & coach; plus, spending many hours after school choreographing dance productions & musicals. Chuck’s former experience as a decorating contractor proves beneficial in assisting buyers & sellers to make the right decisions for home improvements.
